Benefits
Yoga encourages young bodies and minds to grow strong and flexible. It improves balance and posture and develops free and healthy breathing patterns. Practising yoga helps kids foster stability and patience, improves concentration and lets them explore their creativity.
It is non-competitive- there are no grades, no exams and no special uniform to buy. Yoga can help kids to be happy, healthy and whole.
Classes
There will be kids classes starting at SHARE centre, 88 Stow Hill, Newport, NP20 4DW on:
Thursdays 4.00-4.45pm for ages 5-7
£24 for course of 6
Course will run from Thursday 12th June- Thursday 17th July. Please contact the teacher for more details and to book a place for your child.
